Your Right to Request Deletion and How to Submit a Verified Request to Delete
You have many rights regarding your Personal Information. As part of these rights, you can request the deletion of any Personal Information that we might have collected or maintained. We might require additional information to process your request including your email address. This information will only be used to locate your Personal Information records. Secondly, we will send you a separate confirmation to ensure that you want your Personal Information to be deleted. Code § 1798.105(d), not limited to a total record for which reason the Personal Information was collected, to provide you with a requested good or service, security incident detection, protection from malicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity, there is no requirement for us to comply with your request for deletion.
